WATCH : The Queen’s Shaka Returns As Siyanda Is Shot Dead

It was a bittersweet moment as fans of The Queen witnessed the death of one of the show’s most promising stars making an exit from the show. Siyanda, played by Cindy Mahlangu, breathed her last and had a befitting farewell after being shot by Goodness Mabuza (played by Zenande Mfenyana). Siyanda’s death was however overshadowed by Shaka as he also returned to the show in the same episode. Shaka’s return was very brief and short but he made a memorable scene that is bound to make for an interesting season ahead.

Shaka’s return on The Queen has been long anticipated as he was previously killed. On his return, Shaka added: “After the incident where Kagiso tried to kill him, it will be difficult for him to know who he can trust and who he cannot trust. He won’t even trust his favorite uncle Brutus,” he said.

Shaka, who viewers were introduced to in season one of the hit show four years ago, was killed off the show last year. It was not clear how Shaka would make a comeback but we guess anything is possible in soapie land. Tweeps rejoiced when they saw a 2-second glimpse of Shaka as he karate kicked a drunk Kagiso.
